MOISTURE CONTENT MEASUREMENT

Moisture Measuring Sensors & Processing Devices

The rapidly progressing development of industrial process engineering calls for ever more precise and reliable moisture probes with which the water content of a great variety of materials can be measured in a non-destructive manner. Apart from the demands made on the measuring accuracy, which is in the percentage range, ease of installation is another desirable feature, in particular in retrofitting existing systems.

FSV - The Universal

Adjustable flange probe for universal applications. Wide range of adjustment possible. Also suitable for thick wall situations. Can be mounted on a glider for measuring the moisture of materials on conveyer belts.

FS1 - The classic

Disc design, fix mounting flange with 3 screw holes, abrasion cover freely selectable.

 FSA - The long

Armsensor (length 20cm, 50cm, 100cm); any mounting bracket with angled arm/ mounting flange; degree of protection IP68

FSH - The unrivaled

High temperatur sensor for up to 190°C measuring medium temperature; ambient temperature max 80°C, abrasion cober ceramic or teflon, degree of protection IP68

FSM - The tough

Mixer-probe for installation in mixers applications. Conceived for use in rough environments. Additional protection against abrasion through 8mm thick hardened or unhardened replaceable tubing. The sensor surface is protected by means of a 10mm strong ceramic outer cover. Fixed with a massive, weldable mounting ring with bolts on the sides for inserting and adjustable positioning the protected mixer probe.

FMP Series

A two channel processing and displaying unit. Up to two independent moisture sensors can be connected to the FMP-2. More, up to two independent PT100-temperature sensors can be connected, mounted in the moisture sensors or external. All cables are connected to the back plane of FMP-2 by the help of pluggable clamping bars. Standardly, the FMP-2 provides an USB-interface and a galvanically isolated RS485-interface, which allows the control of the FMP-2 and transmission of signals over very long distances (RS485).
